The open areas of this home are great features as well as the balcony upstairs. It is the ultimate in relaxation. From the spacious lanai heated pool to the dock directly on a wide view water direct canal you won't want to leave. Pour yourself a drink and sit on the dock and watch the dolphin, manatee and tarpon. Nearly the entire southeast side of the home opens to the most spectacular view imaginable.
Once inside the home enjoy the spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic seafood meal. The living area is open as well with a TV console for added ambiance with a large Flat screen TV. The master bedroom is appointed with a king size bed flat screen TV and access to lanai. The master bathroom has a his and her vanity with a shower that has several shower heads. The upstairs has it's own great room and flat screen TV. This great room has access to the balcony overlooking the pool and lower lanai. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
Crossing the bridge to Marco we request you leave all worries behind. The island has something for everyone. For the fisherman charter a boat for great deep sea fishing. Or catch the ferry to Key West for a day of fun. The beaches offer great shelling, sunbathing, or fun in the ocean. Just a short walk from the home is the grocery store, drug store and all the conveniences of home.

We really enjoyed our trip to Marco Island. The home was great. Great location, very spacious with plenty of room for 8 people. Property manager was great to work with. Hope to return again.

This property was perfect for our group of 3 families! Lots of space to spread out, with individual bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. The photos are outdated, as the kitchen is in the process of an upgrade and looks really nice. The pool was incredible and we loved watching the dolphins in the canal everyday. Incredible option on Marco and we hope to come back!!

We had 8 people in the house and it was excellent. Great location for anything you need or want to do. The house was very clean and accommodated are family very well. Don Williames the property manager was exceptional. He got back to us with any questions and concerns we had immediately.

This house had it all! Plenty of room. Watching dolphins everyday in the canal. Short drive to the beach that was just HEAVEN!! We had the best night at the Esplanade shoppes! Had a couple drinks listening to the music and DANCED ALL EVENING! Even our teenage kids had a blast dancing there. It was our best vacation yet! Highly recommended
